Graduate Program – Group Strategy & Sustainability (100%)

Start: July–October 2025 |Location: Zurich (hybrid), with travel required

Step into your career with purpose. At Equans Switzerland, you’ll be part of a 3-year Graduate Program designed to give you exposure to the heart of our business - from shaping our group strategy to advancing sustainability at scale. You’ll actively contribute to building a more sustainable future for Switzerland, alongside more than 6'000 dedicated colleagues across the country.

Expect hands-on involvement in strategic projects that matter: group and business unit strategies, sustainability & carbon accounting,internal advisory and audit, and business performance optimization. You won’t just observe -you’ll shape initiatives, collaborate with top leaders, and see the direct impact of your work.

Your rotations will span differentfunctions, offering you a 360° view of the company and preparing you for real leadership responsibilities.

The goal?To develop you into a futureleaderat Equans Switzerland - strategic, purpose-driven, and ready to take on challenges that shape the Switzerland of tomorrow.

WHAT WE OFFER

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering or Data (finishing within six months)
• A hands-on, get things done mindset
• AI tools are your daily companion - and you're excited to take it a step further by shaping how others use them too
• You’ve had roles or internships in Strategy, M&A/Corporate Finance, Sustainability/Carbon Accounting, or AI & Data
• You enjoy working with others and bring good energy to the team
• You genuinely care about the energy transition and long-term sustainability
• Bonus skill: You know your way around code (Python, SQL or similar)
• Fluent in Swiss German and English, and at least B2 in French
• Applicants must have the right to work in Switzerland.

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

• Contribute to the ongoing development of our corporate and business unit strategies
• Conduct competitive analysis, business intelligence, and market research
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and trends

Sustainability

• Co-develop and implement the Swiss SBTi roadmap and strategy
• Track and steer progress through an OKR-based sustainability framework
• Strengthen our internal sustainability/energy advisory competence

Business Performance

• Lead and support business transformation and process redesign initiatives
• Drive change management across key functions and business units
• Support internal audits and advisory (process, compliance, governance, controls)
