Lean Manufacturing Consultant

Overview

We’re seeking a Lean Construction Consultant to support major capital projects within our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. You’ll apply Lean methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve collaboration across all phases of project delivery — from design through to construction and handover — in a GxP-regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Lean Construction tools (e.g., Last Planner, Pull Planning, Takt Time).
• Facilitate continuous improvement workshops with internal teams and contractors.
• Optimize workflows, reduce waste, and track performance metrics.
• Align cross-functional teams to drive schedule and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.
• Coach stakeholders to embed a Lean mindset across project teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong Lean Construction experience on large-scale projects, ideally in pharma.
• Solid understanding of EPCM/IPD models and regulatory environments (GxP/GMP).
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
