About the Team

Our Workmates support each other while achieving excellent results. The Enterprise Sales team drives growth by balancing integrity and innovation, providing an environment for our team members to excel and develop.

About the Role

Our Account Executives are vital to our Field Sales organization, focusing on net new revenue and new customer growth. They guide clients in transitioning from legacy platforms to our enterprise management cloud, crafting solutions that deliver lasting value. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategies for targeting and closing opportunities
  • Account planning and coordination with pre-sales teams
  • Promoting Workday solutions to prospects
  • Maintaining accurate sales data

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years selling SaaS/Cloud ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-level executives
  • Proven negotiation skills with senior executives
  • Experience in lead generation and development within territories

Other Qualifications

  • Success in high-velocity sales cycles, prospecting included
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams on strategies
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
