IT Support Engineer (m/w/d)

This position offers a base pay range of CHF80,000.00/yr - CHF90,000.00/yr, depending on skills and experience. Your actual pay will be discussed with your recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Support users with technical issues via remote assistance or on-site.
• Install new devices and set up user profiles.
• Analyze error sources and document solutions.
• Monitor systems using monitoring tools.
• Participate actively in rollouts and migration projects.

Qualifications

• Education in IT (EFZ) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in client/user support.
• Knowledge of Microsoft environments, networks, and basic IT skills.
• Experience with IT ticket systems and remote tools.
• Fluent German (C1) and structured work approach.
