Unified Communications Engineer - Ms Team, Cisco Webex

Unified Communications Engineer - Ms Team, Cisco Webex - This is a long-term contract opportunity for an experienced UC Engineer to join our Basel-based client in the Financial Services sector.

Your tasks:

1. Implementation, integration, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft Teams, Webex, Cisco Telephony, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Webex devices.
2. Deployment, configuration, and maintenance of collaboration tools, including Microsoft Teams, Webex, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Webex devices.
3. Collaborate with business units and IT teams to identify and implement improvements.
4. Manage the relationship with external telephony suppliers to ensure effective technology integration aligned with business needs.

Your experience/knowledge:

1. Experience managing collaboration technologies (Microsoft Teams, Webex, Unified Communication) including configuration, troubleshooting, deployment, and hardware management such as Microsoft Teams Rooms and Webex devices.
2. Experience managing Cisco Telephony systems and outsourced telephony services, including vendor relationship management (VoIP systems, Cisco Unified Communications Manager - CUCM).
3. Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN technologies related to unified communications.
4. Language skills: English.
