SAP Specialist FI / CO (m / w / d)

Your responsibilities

1. You are responsible for cross-module and cross-product administration / engineering of existing and development of new solutions, considering SAP AG specifications, best practices (compliance), and RUAG internal standards.
2. Your tasks include technical administration / engineering and customizing of SAP modules Finance & Controlling (FI / CO).
3. You map, understand, and optimize business processes within the SAP environment.
4. You conduct internal reviews and develop optimization measures based on these reviews.
5. You create and execute application tests adhering to quality criteria.
6. You participate in creating and optimizing developer guidelines.
7. You advise business partners in operational and project-related SAP Finance & Controlling matters.
8. You prepare quotations and cost estimates.
9. You participate in (technical) project management or assignments within the SAP environment.
10. You implement changes as part of the change management process.
11. You train and support employees, business partners, and key users.
12. You organize and facilitate regular SAP FI / CO application meetings.
13. You analyze and resolve reported malfunctions (3rd level support).
14. You are responsible for root cause analysis and troubleshooting within the problem management process.
15. You plan and organize operational handovers.
16. You create and update operating manuals, instructions, and checklists.

Your profile

1. You have studied computer science, business informatics, or business administration.
2. You possess at least 5 years of experience in SAP FI / CO application support.
3. You have in-depth knowledge of SAP BW 7.3 and/or BW4/HANA.
4. You have experience in data extraction, data modeling, and report development.
5. You have experience in project management and implementation.
6. You have proficient German skills (C2) and very good English skills (C1).
