RESPONSIBILITIES

Day to day independent administration of international mandates (principally trusts, companies and fiduciary structures) holding bankable and fixed assets with cross-border elements in terms of assets and beneficiaries. Working within a team and alongside a Trust Manager who holds overall client and mandate responsibility.

  1. Management, supervision and coordination of daily administration of trusts and companies including taking full mandate responsibility.
  2. Maintaining and developing personal contact with clients, advisors and other related parties.
  3. Taking fiduciary decisions on the mandates assigned within Company guidelines and policies.
  4. Co-ordination of mandate specific transactions with bankers, lawyers, accountants, agents or consultants.
  5. Administrative overview and control of mandates assigned including financial, accounting, invoicing and database maintenance.
  6. Technical support of more junior team members.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Distinctly reliable and precise, conscientious and professional.
  2. Client handling skills with excellent demeanour.
  3. Capable of problem-solving and acting independently.
  4. Able to establish priorities and with strong organisational skills.
  5. Flexible in the work organisation.
  6. Capable of multitasking/working under pressure with high quality standards.
  7. Commercial training/experience, ideally in the banking, fiduciary or legal area.
  8. Minimum 5 years of experience in the administration of trust and corporate structures.
  9. Full STEP qualifications and membership.
  10. Fluency in English; any other language a plus.
  11. Fully computer literate (MS Office).
  12. Professional, diplomatic, helpful, co-operative team player.
  13. Absolute discretion and loyalty as well as high ethical standards.
