MIRO Analytical AG is a young company providing state-of-the-art laser-based gas analyzers for monitoring greenhouse gases and air pollutants. If you are passionate about mitigating climate change and fighting air pollution, we are looking for you as an optomechanical manufacturing technician to contribute to scaling up our manufacturing processes. After learning the existing production processes, you will proceed with manufacturing and testing complex optomechanical assemblies, working closely with the production team.

We are currently seeking a full-time Optomechanical Manufacturing Technician (m/f/d) for our office in Wallisellen.

  1. Learn and adapt to existing assembly guidelines.
  2. Take responsibility for the quality of your work.
  3. Work on existing and new production documentation.
  4. Report to the production manager.
  5. Collaborate with engineers on daily tasks.
  6. Hold a training or degree in a technical field, preferably optomechanics, photonics, or similar.
  7. Have relevant professional experience in assembly and production of high-tech optics and optomechanical assemblies.
  8. Be passionate about high-tech laser-based products.
  9. Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken; German is a plus.
  10. Possess good computer skills for managing documentation and reports (in English).
