At EY, we’re committed to shaping your future with confidence.

We aim to help you succeed within a globally connected, diverse team and advance your career in any direction you choose.

Join EY and contribute to building a better working world.

Role Overview:

In response to strong market demand and the increasing impact of Technology (Cloud, AI, Data Management, Cyber Risks), we are seeking consultants who can work directly with clients to understand and address technology-related risks. This involves interacting with client staff and senior stakeholders, managing multiple assignments, and collaborating with global EY teams. You will learn about new IT risk areas, work across various sectors, and handle complex issues daily.

Your key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the successful delivery of multiple engagements from start to finish.
  • Assess the company's technology landscape from both technical and business perspectives, including conducting detailed evaluations of IT processes, risks, and controls through interviews, desktop analysis, and system inspections.
  • Review complex systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and technology governance frameworks aligned with industry standards (ITIL, COBIT, NIST).
  • Participate in certification and attestation engagements, such as SOC, ISAE, and ISO certifications, from both audit and implementation perspectives.
  • Assess system implementations, including data migration, system design, and architecture.
  • Evaluate cybersecurity risks and recommend security enhancements.
  • Utilize data analytics and automation to improve audit efficiency.
  • Provide clients with insights and pragmatic recommendations to improve business performance, operational efficiency, and risk management.
  • Help develop our technology risk expertise further.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technology, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields. A keen interest in emerging technology trends is essential.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT auditing or risk & assurance roles.
  • Strong project management, analytical, reporting skills, and a positive problem-solving attitude.
  • Experience with large ERP or financial systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and data analytics tools (SQL, Power BI).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Team-oriented, leadership qualities, commitment, eagerness to learn, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French; German skills are a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-industry, multinational setting.

Ideally, candidates will also have:

  • Familiarity with IT frameworks and standards (COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL).
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, COBIT, CRISC, or ITIL.
