The Opportunity

For our Central Europe region, based in Zurich, we are looking for an Enterprise Architect to join the team. The Enterprise Architecture organisation works with Adobe customers at all levels, from C-level executives, with a focus on the CIO/CTO, to operational teams, to advise on strategies and technology solutions to support customer-experience transformation and digital innovation

What you need to get started

You have a keen interest in architecture for digital experiences that consumers are interacting with. Ideally you will blend technical expertise, business- and customer-centric mentality with curiosity about visualising concepts, architectural thinking, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

What we expect from you

• 10+ years in a customer-facing role (presales, consulting) focussed on architecture, covering solution design, roadmaps and definition of future state target architecture
• You enjoy working in a team while also being an entrepreneur and taking initiative for driving topics to successful completion
• Taking responsibility and working independently on assigned tasks and customer engagements, ensuring quality work and collateral are delivered on time. .
• Ability to articulate business challenges and industry trends that today’s companies are facing.
• Verbal and writing skills in English and Swiss German on a business level
  

What you need to succeed

• Proven understanding of current technology trends (e.g. GenAI), its characteristics and implications for companies and the industry in general
• You are a curious mind and interested in sharing your knowledge, providing compelling thought-leadership, collaborating on complex scenarios, and contributing to the architects community
• Strong presentation skills and conversational skills: You feel comfortable making complex topics digestible to audiences with various backgrounds
• Ideally broad knowledge of Adobe DX solutions and deep knowledge in several key domains such as customer journey management, data management, implementation & integrations, personalisation, analytics, etc.
• Deep knowledge of cloud architecture patterns and how Adobe fits into best-in-class enterprise solutions
• Advisory and communication skills at CXO level with key executives and develop strong working relationships with practitioner architects
