WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Planning and Reporting:

• Develop and implement the controlling strategy aligned with company objectives
• Manage the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial reports, providing valuable insights to management
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, analyze deviations, and offer actionable recommendations
• Conduct cost analyses to identify savings potentials and optimize cost structures

Process Optimization and Digitalization:

• Identify and implement process improvements within the controlling function
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the implementation of automation tools and modern controlling systems

Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead and develop the controlling team, fostering a collaborative environment
• Ensure close cooperation with other departments

Management Consulting:

• Advise senior management and other executives on financial and strategic decision-making
• Provide accurate financial analysis and recommendations to support business direction

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

Experience and Expertise:

• Degree in business, finance, or a related field with a strong focus on controlling or financial management
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a leadership role or within a high-growth company
• Experience leading teams and implementing strategic projects
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and investment controlling
• Experience with modern controlling tools and software, with a solid track record in process optimization

Leadership and Communication Skills:

• Strong leadership abilities with proven success in managing teams
• Ability to foster collaboration across departments
• Excellent communication skills in English and German, capable of articulating complex financial matters clearly
• Ability to provide sound advice and insights to management

Personal Traits:

• Self-starter with a structured, results-driven work approach
• Strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of business dynamics
