Jobbeschreibung

Build cutting-edge .NET and Azure solutions with a team that values engineering excellence.

We’re not just hiring. We’re building a world-class engineering team.

If you’re a seasoned .NET engineer with deep Azure expertise, and you’re ready to architect elegant solutions at scale, lead high-impact projects, and influence technology direction at a consulting software company — we want to meet you.

We are an agile, engineering-led software company building innovative, enterprise-grade solution across industries. Our solutions power mission-critical workflows for Switzerland-based international enterprises. Quality, scalability, and developer experience are at the heart of everything we build.

The Role

You will be both hands-on and strategic — designing complex, scalable cloud architectures in Azure, leading technical decisions, mentoring other engineers, and driving engineering excellence across the stack.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Architect, build, and scale modern .NET applications hosted in Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, etc.)
  • Design resilient, secure, and high-performing cloud infrastructure using Azure best practices
  • Lead solution design sessions with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to shape technical roadmaps
  • Perform code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and set the bar for engineering quality
  • Champion DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, observability, and automation across projects

What You Bring

  • Only candidates with Swiss citizenship or a valid Swiss work permit will be considered. EU-nationals willing to relocate to Switzerland (and obtain the correspoding Swiss work permit) are also included
  • Strong German and English language skills
  • 7+ years of professional experience in .NET (C#) development, including development of Entity Framework-based solutions
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience architecting and deploying solutions in Microsoft Azure
  • Strong grasp of established architecture patterns
  • Experience with Azure services like Azure App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Key Vault and such.
  • Solid understanding of Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
  • A pragmatic mindset with a strong focus on performance, reliability, cost-efficiency and maintainability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you can speak to both code and business value
  • Azure Certifications (share a link to your transcript for us)
  • Contributions to open-source projects or tech blogs
  • Frontend development knowledge
  • Knowledge of a data platform, such as Microsoft Fabric or Databricks.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation + benefits (such as GA Abo, fitness studio membership, lunch card, and others)
  • Remote possible, with offices and team presence in Winterthur, Switzerland
  • A tight-knit team of world-class engineers who love what they do
  • A yearly company workation (where we work for one week in the Bündner Alps to decompress and enjoy sports)
  • A no-ego culture built on respect, learning, and autonomy
