Responsibilities

  • Manage the global relationship, strategic joint business planning, and execution with AS Watson across APAC and EMEA markets.
  • Deliver the DARE TO CARE scorecard with Customer.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Engage Customer Senior Leadership to build global joint business plans (JBP).
  • Identify and partner with Customer to build new business opportunities and demand generation programs aligned with shared strategies.
  • Lead negotiation of global customer agreements (AS Watson).
  • Partner with local markets to execute and track activation of global agreements within Asia Pacific.
  • Develop Customer joint business plans (JBP) aligned with Kenvue and Customer strategies.
  • Execute Kenvue business plans, SOBG strategy, and ensure profitability.
  • Engage Regional and Global leadership on Customer business trends and implications.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 10-12 years of business experience in FMCG environments.
  • Experience in direct customer sales, negotiation, business analytics, and customer marketing.
  • Global customer management or project management experience at regional/global level.
  • Strategic decision-making with regional and local market understanding.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills, data-driven insights, strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to coach and develop staff, manage resources, assess risks, and prioritize demands.
  • Up to 20% travel may be required.
