Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.

The new team has two locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), one of the most modern in Europe, and the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), known for innovative technologies and racing passion. The Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis and race operations. The planned takeover by AUDI AG transforms these into a factory team – and you can be part of it.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Manager to oversee health and safety across both Hinwil locations. You will maintain safety systems, ensure legal compliance, and train team leaders and staff to foster a zero-incident safety culture.

The position is based at Sauber in Hinwil, Switzerland.

Your profile

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a health and safety role, ideally in an industrial or production environment
• Relevant certificates or diplomas in Safety Management (or equivalent qualifications)
• Solid knowledge of Swiss safety regulations and legislation
• Experience with machine safety, chemical handling, manual handling, and ergonomic assessments
• Proficiency in safety reporting systems, incident tracking, and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills
• Flexibility and pragmatic problem-solving approach
• ISO 45001 implementation experience and environmental management awareness (ISO 14001) are advantageous
• First Aid at Work and Fire Marshal training are pluses
• Fluent in English and good working knowledge of German

• Create safety concepts for the race team.
• Manage safety team responsible for practices like first aid training and rescue procedures.
