Product Owner Bank

For one of our clients in Nyon, we are recruiting a Product Owner Bank, for a long term mission, who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. Responsibilities:

As a Product Owner Bank, you communicate with stakeholders to define and deliver the best product. Moreover, you define/document business requirements (constraints, business needs) and guide the development process. In collaboration with designers, you optimize the user experience (A/B testing, mobile, Web). You are an expert for the product, supporting business and development teams (sharing/mentoring). In addition, you maintain awareness of market and industry trends, provide guidance of the vision, and explain requirements. You create/maintain documentation, monitor KPI's, and ensure incremental business validation.

Profile:

• Bachelor in IT
• Several years' experience in a similar role
• Experience in Agile software development teams and Agile environment
• Excellent knowledge with product design (build end client solutions on web platform, mobile, a plus)
• Excellent knowledge of banking product (Trading and B2B, a plus)
• Good knowledge in planning and coordinating business validation activities
