What You’ll Lead:

• Own and evolve our global marketing strategy—brand, digital, content, growth, and communications
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team with a focus on impact and innovation
• Oversee integrated campaigns across regions, products, and customer segments
• Drive brand positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market strategies
• Align closely with Product, Sales, and Executive leadership to fuel business growth
• Manage marketing performance, analytics, and budget with full accountability
• Elevate customer experience and advocacy at every touchpoint

What You Bring:

• 10+ years in senior marketing leadership, ideally in global or high-growth environments
• Proven success in driving brand visibility, pipeline growth, and customer engagement
• Strong understanding of digital, brand, and performance marketing
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; German or French is a strong asset
• Strategic thinker with creative flair and a data-driven mindset
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
