Head of Compensation - EL
You will be an integral part of the Electrification (EL) Business Performance and Reward (P&R) team and report to the Performance and Reward Head for Electrification.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance & Reward Partner to lead the design, development, and roll-out of our global sales incentive plans and annual incentive programs for our EL Business. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping the performance and reward strategy to drive sales effectiveness and support business objectives for EL and the Marketing & Sales Organization. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams to ensure our global incentive plans are competitive, effective, and aligned with the business’ goals.Work model HybridPreferred location EuropeAccountabilities• Act as a trusted Performance and Reward (P&R) Partner for the EL Business, supporting the global EL Marketing and Sales Organization, as well as leading transversal Reward projects across EL.• Understand the overall EL business strategy, particularly in Marketing & Sales, and develop tailored Performance and Reward solutions to meet business needs.• Act as the Global EL lead for Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) and Annual incentive Plan (AIP) programs and processes and work in close collaboration with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure alignment with business needs and smooth execution with timely payouts for both SIP and AIP.• Develop and implement an end-to-end comprehensive SIP process and governance for EL, ensuring effective execution from plan design, target-setting to payout.• Lead the roll-out of the Global Annual Incentive Plan program for all EL employees. Partner with senior leadership to define business performance metrics and target-setting.• Oversee the EL communication and rollout of both annual incentive programs (SIP/AIP), ensuring transparency and clarity for all stakeholders within the EL Business.• Monitor the effectiveness of both the AIP and SIP processes, collaborating with relevant teams to identify and implement areas for continuous improvement.• Conduct market benchmarking and internal data analysis to support the development of competitive and motivating incentive structures for EL employees and share best practices and new trends.
