You take ownership of digital solutions in your area of responsibility, including operations, asset management, manufacturing, and supply chain.

You oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, from business relationship management and solution design to execution and hyper-care. You manage resources, schedules, and financials to ensure successful outcomes, while also ensuring high-quality delivery within time and scope.
You configure and manage our S/4HANA Public Cloud SAP solution within your area of responsibility.
You take care of change management, overseeing SAP releases and ensuring smooth transitions.
You provide level 2 support to power users and coordinate further assistance when required.
You foster an open feedback culture and manage escalations based on project status.
You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
You thrive in a fast-growing environment and are adaptable to an evolving business landscape and its changing needs.
You have accompanied or led at least 3 SAP implementation cycles.
You are well-versed in Agile and hybrid methodologies and enjoy frequent releases.
You have strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate resources, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
You think outside the box, are a strong problem solver, and are confident in making decisions.
You are self-driven, proactive, persistent, and motivated to take on hands-on work.
You are eager to learn and open to building knowledge in new areas.
You are fluent in English (German is a plus).

At Climeworks, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on the level of seniority and the location specific market median of similar jobs according to external benchmark surveys. Individual compensation depends on your skills, experience, and the value you bring to the team.
This position is based in Zurich, and we ask that you work onsite at least three days per week.
The percentage in the job title means flexibility – choose full-time or part-time based on what works for you.
