  • Draft, organize, and maintain corporate records and legal documents for group entities, including board and shareholder resolutions, statutory registers, and meeting minutes.
  • Support corporate governance activities and ensure alignment with applicable legal and regulatory requirements in Switzerland and abroad.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of board meetings, general assemblies, and corporate filings.
  • Manage and track legal deadlines, compliance calendars, and reporting obligations, including those related to stock exchange and regulatory authorities.
  • Liaise with notaries, commercial registries, external counsel, and other authorities for documentation and formalities.
  • Help with the review and formatting of contracts, legal templates, and internal policies.
  • Maintain contract databases, digital legal archives, and document management systems.
  • Provide cross-functional support to internal teams (finance, HR, operations) on legal administrative matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in law or relevant Paralegal qualification.
  • Previous experience preferred as a paralegal, legal assistant, jurist or clerk in a corporate legal department, law firm, or fiduciary environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with contract or legal document management tools.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
  • Professional and team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
