Main responsibilities:

We are looking for a Quality Control engineer to join our team in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech sectors. The key responsibilities are to:

• Conduct rigorous Quality Control analyses on raw materials and finished products using analytical and organic chemistry techniques, ensuring adherence to established quality standards and contributing to product excellence.
• Carry out validation and transfer of analytical methods.
• Contribute to the authoring and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Protocols, and Reports related to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within the QC laboratory.
• Formulate and improve strategies and methodologies for designated processes and projects.
• Provide ad-hoc support on CQV activities of QC equipment as needed.

Requirements:

• Engineer diploma or equivalent in pharmaceutical, quality control, analytical chemistry, biotechnology, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control within the pharma industry.
• Experience in Quality assurance for the QC lab is a plus.
• Fluent in English; French and German are advantageous.
• Swiss (or valid Swiss permit) or EU nationality.
