Junior Relationship Manager - Asset Management (m / f / d)

• Support senior Relationship Managers in their day-to-day activities, with an objective to deliver work packages independently and maintain direct client contact over time.
• Drive the maintenance of the client book concerning contract management, service levels, information sharing, and connecting with the right internal stakeholders for requests.
• Coordinate the roll-out of contract amendments across different stakeholder groups, ranging from operations to distribution.
• Support the commercial reviews of the client book.
• Maintain relationships with Asset Managers to ensure high satisfaction levels and be accountable for the quality and profitability of Asset Managers.
• Assist in developing and optimizing internal processes with key stakeholders within Clearstream and external Asset Managers.

Your Profile

• Ideally 2-5+ years of experience servicing B2B business partners.
• Bachelor's degree, ideally in finance or business administration.
• Excellent client and service orientation.
• Affinity for process optimization and implementing high-quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Well-organized, accurate, proactive, conscientious, and resilient.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and German; French or Italian skills are a plus.
• Good knowledge of Banking, Asset Management, and Fund Platform / Distribution business is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is appreciated.
