In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for their internal users—supporting an international workforce, contributing to exciting IT projects, and playing a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact for IT support, assisting users across the globe with hardware, software, and application issues
Provide expert application support to ensure smooth operations
Manage incidents in line with ITIL best practices
Provision and configure hardware and software (laptops, desktops, printers, smartphones, etc.)
Collaborate on IT projects, bringing your technical insight and user-focused mindset
What You Bring
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist) or related field
Proven experience in IT support with solid general IT knowledge
Strong communication skills in German and English (French or Italian is a plus)
Self-starter with analytical thinking, flexibility, and a structured work style
Willingness to learn and stay current with the latest technologies
Availability for occasional on-call support outside regular hours
