Description:

The Global HR Digital and Admin Coordinator supports the effective operation of global human resources functions by managing HR digital systems, ensuring data quality and streamlining HR processes together with the Global HR Digital & Analytics Manager. This role is a key player for the maintenance of Employee Central, Performance & Goals Modules in SuccessFactors with a focus on year-end process. The role acts as a central point of coordination for digital tools & information flow by enabling efficient communication, compliance, and reporting across multiple regions and teams within the La Prairie Global Community. The position helps drive the digital tools of HR by supporting system implementations, user training and ongoing improvements, contributing to a consistent and modern HR service delivery. The role is a stepping stone for a person to develop into Global HR Digital topics where they later can choose a path of further development.

On ad-hoc basis the role will also support the HR Services Team with general administration when needed & HR Digital tasks can allow it.

How you will create a beautiful impact:

  • HR Digital:
  • Being the first point of contact of any HR SuccessFactors related technical queries from employees & affiliates
  • Develop & apply expertise of all SuccessFactors Modules used within La Prairie (EC- Recruiting- LMS- Payroll- Performance etc)
  • Support the digital journey of the HR function globally, helping to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and the integration of new technologies to enhance HR service delivery
  • Examines workflows, business processes and flows of data to ensure SuccessFactors meets business requirements
  • Project Management:
  • Take part in the execution of global & local HR digital projects, including the implementation of new tools, data integrations, and process improvements
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with HR teams, IT and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of digital HR solutions and to ensure data is accurate, secure, and accessible to the highest quality
  • Support Local HR Success factor administrative functions including configuration, reports and upgrades
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR digital tools and analytics solutions, identifying areas for continuous improvement. Especially with attention to Employee Central, Performance & Goals processes
  • Training & Development
  • Provide training, guidance and support to HR & all HQ employees on new HR digital tools and analytics platforms
  • Data Analytics & Reporting:
  • Basic analytic tasks & reporting
  • Collect and deliver data & analytics to business when requested

What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:

    • Experience within HR and preferably in-depth on admin of Employee Life Cycle
    • Basic knowledge of HR Digital system (preferably SuccessFactors)
    • Service minded & solutions oriented with a high level of accountability
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
