Tasks :

  • Manage order processing and invoicing
  • Liaise with the Purchasing, Finance and Tax departments on site to perform customer planning activities
  • Receipt and processing of supplier invoices Manage receipt and processing of invoices
  • Issue invoices to requested contracts and export documents
  • Coordinate returns to procurement sites
  • Arrange transportation of products between manufacturing sites and coordinate import / export activities
  • Report transportation incidents on shipments
  • Maintain client, contract and reference data
  • Liaise with global / regional supply chain and quality services for redeployments, allocations, product launches and change control
  • Liaise with QC
  • Perform all transactions related to systems, applications and products (SAP) in a compliant manner
  • Provide supporting documents for financial audits

Profile :

  • Diploma in Supply Chain
  • Very good knowledge of IT systems including SAP
  • 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or consumer industry in a multinational environment
  • Proven customer service experience, accurate and timely order processing and invoicing
  • Ability to work under pressure and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in logistics at a multinational company working in an export department
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with the BMS organization and external business customers and supplier
  • Knowledge of distribution in the supply chain
  • Fluent English and Italian
