Organizational Transformation Consultant (m/f)

Level: Consultant/ Senior Consultant

We are seeking purpose-driven professionals experienced in driving organizational change to deliver world-class customer experience and competitive market value enabled by digital technologies.

Your responsibilities

1. Work on international, large-scale business transformation programs and contribute to successful client delivery.
2. Apply your Organizational Transformation methodology expertise to client assignments, guiding stakeholders through change strategies, assessments, communication, and training.
3. Contribute to the development of our Organizational Transformation methodology and knowledge assets within the Talent & Organization team.
4. Assist in proposal creation and the development of service offerings in Organizational Transformation.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Management, Communication, or related fields.
• At least 3+ years of relevant consulting experience.
• Solid background in organizational effectiveness, design, and change management methodologies.
• Proven track record in delivering client engagements in Organizational Transformation.
• Proactive, energetic, motivated, and driven personality.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent in German and English; additional skills in French and/or Spanish are highly desirable.
