Engage in real-world applications of cybersecurity practices with a focus on both automated and scalable offensive and defensive strategies.
Implement, manage, and monitor security controls across diverse cloud environments and on-premise systems. Engineer secure solutions, harden existing apps and infrastructure, and collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into DevSecOps cycles and CI/CD pipelines.
Automate security workflows using scripting and programming languages, and review code to identify and fix vulnerabilities.
Participate actively in threat hunting, detection, incident response, and vulnerability management activities.
Contribute to security architecture initiatives to strengthen defensive mechanisms and prevent future threats.
Require a higher education degree in computer science or cybersecurity (ETH/UNI/FH) or equivalent professional experience.
Recent experience in defensive and/or offensive cybersecurity operations over several years is essential. Industry-recognized certifications are a plus. Software engineering experience with agile principles is beneficial.
Expertise in cloud platforms like Azure and GCP, version control systems like GitHub, and scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell are necessary. Knowledge of .Net and Kubernetes is a plus.
