ASAP: Accounting Manager 100% (m/w/d)

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee and manage local finance operations during a temporary assignment. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, adherence to internal controls, and seamless coordination with global finance teams and external service providers.

Description

• Lead and support the local accounting team, ensuring clarity in responsibilities, timely resolution of issues, and a strong performance culture.

• Manage the full spectrum of accounting operations, including month-end close, reconciliations, and statutory filings.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial regulations, and group-wide standards.

• Collaborate closely with Finance Shared Services and external BPO providers to maintain smooth operational workflows.

• Review and approve supplier payments, and support treasury activities through timely transaction reporting.

Profile

• Several years of experience in Accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Exposure to the manufacturing or industrial sector is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of IFRS and local GAAP requirements.

• Solid knowledge of financial processes such as PTP, OTC, and RTR.
