Job Description:

Our client is an Investment firm.

• Trading Operations: Ensure pre-trade readiness, monitor live trading performance, and coordinate timely execution with brokers and internal teams.
• Post-Trade & Reconciliation: Manage trade lifecycle from booking to confirmation; resolve trade breaks and perform T+1 reconciliations.
• Treasury & Liquidity Management: Oversee cash, margin, and collateral; handle margin calls and liaise with prime brokers and custodians.
• ETF Operations: Handle ETF clearing and settlement in US/EU markets; coordinate with market participants and ensure compliance.
• Corporate Actions & Global Coverage: Manage corporate actions (e.g., dividends, splits) and support trading operations across EU/US time zones via team shifts.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in trading operations, preferably within a quantitative or hedge fund environment, covering both equities and futures.
• Deep understanding of the full trade lifecycle: pre-trade, execution, post-trade, and reconciliation.
• Strong hands-on experience with T+1 reconciliation processes.
• Proven expertise in treasury and cash management in a multi-asset, multi-region trading environment.
• Familiarity with ETF clearing and settlement processes in US and/or European markets.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively across multiple time zones (EU, US, and late Asian hours).
