Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

We are searching for the best talent for a Transcend: Global Deployment Lead!

The Global Deployment Lead is responsible for deploying a future state E2E solution for the Global transformation program across all program functions, work streams, and global teams. Responsibilities include:

• Leading deployment of the SAP ERP Implementation according to scope, timeline, and budget
• Executing against an integrated project plan, driving stage gate and program governance processes
• Aligning with global transformation programs and other interdependent programs
• Building strong relationships with key business partners
• Preparing business updates for senior management
• Collaborating cross-functionally to enable a quality solution
• Partnering with peers to communicate key interdependencies, risks, and performance metrics
• Leading, shaping, and influencing deployment activities and team members

Qualifications:

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent

Experience and Skills:

• At least 8 years of relevant work experience
• Deployment management experience leading large-scale business transformation programs, specifically ERP replacement programs
• Expertise in risk management, strategic planning, and facilitating program-level meetings
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration abilities
• People leadership/management experience

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Supply Chain or Commercial Operations
• Experience managing SAP implementations
• Knowledge of project tools like Smartsheet and JIRA
• Project management certifications such as FPX, PMP, or equivalent

Other requirements include proficiency in English, up to 25% travel, and the ability to work on-site at least three days per week with flexible work options.
