Job Description:

IAM Consultant – Active Directory, Sailpoint - this is a long term contract opportunity to join our Basel based company in the Financial Services sector.

Your tasks:

* Provide Identity Access Management (IAM) support, administration, and request management
* Report and monitor of performance according to agreed service levels; perform reporting and analysis of incident trends, problem management and SLA/KPI performance
* Work with IT and Security teams across the organisation to ensure effective incident, request, SLA and problem management processes
* Monitoring of incidents, service requests and team mailbox

Your experience/knowledge:


* Experience in IAM (Identity and Access Management) support, administration, and request management.
* Ability to report, monitor, and analyze performance according to agreed service levels
* experience with Active Directory, SailPoint & Microsoft Entra ID
* Language skills: English
