We are looking for a Relocation Consultant to join our Team in Suisse Romandie.

Location: La Côte (region between Geneva and Lausanne)

In this role you will provide relocation support to expatriates, employed by global companies and facilitate all aspects of the settling-in process.

What will you do

• Coordinate and manage the relocation process for new arrivals
• Interact with international transferees and clients
• Assist transferees with their home search and accompany them on property viewing appointments,
• Assistance with lease application, entrance inspection, property handover and follow up
• Accompany newcomers on orientation tours to help them settle in smoothly in the local area
• Support and inform the transferees on school selection and accompany them during school visits
• Coordinate with third party providers
• Deliver a great customer experience leading to excellent customer satisfaction

What will you bring

• Advanced written and spoken English and French
• Good knowledge of the housing market in the region of La Côte
• Excellent organisation, coordination and time management skills
• Proactive approach, ability to prioritize and anticipate
