Your tasks:

Your experience/knowledge:

At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow or similar service management/business process platforms.
*
Experience with web services, web technologies, modern software patterns, current security standards, and scripting (preferably JavaScript and JSON).
*
Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and DevOps principles.
*
Experience working in distributed agile setups using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
*
Very good English communication skills.
