Opportunity to step into a recently created role to support Sunrise as a newly listed business. The Risk & Insurance Manager is integral to assessing the risk exposure of the business and how insurance can address these exposures.

YOUR CHALLENGE :

Risk & Assurance (50%)

• Support enhancing and embedding risk management across the business, including developing innovative and pragmatic ways to apply risk-based approaches operationally.
• Administer and propose changes to the risk management framework, including the incorporation of new risk assessment mechanisms based on best practices and new regulations.
• Coordinate and perform scheduled and ad hoc risk assessments with management, including proactive identification of risks and the maintenance of risk registers.

Insurance Management (50%)

• Support strategic insurance management by facilitating regular insurance and risk reviews.
• Manage the Sunrise insurance program operationally.

YOUR SKILLS :

• Previous experience in risk management, insurance, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and thorough in approach.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Access).
• Verbal / written fluency in German and English.
