Project Coordinator - Retail & Visual Merchandising

Mission

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Visual Merchandising team. In this dynamic role, you will leverage your strong communication skills, creative mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects across merchandising, retail marketing, and events. With a passion for sports, you will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product management teams to ensure the SCOTT corporate identity is consistently and effectively represented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate our retail marketing and merchandising program.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional packages that drive sales at the retail level.
• Work with the graphic team to design 3D layouts for merchandising, events, and retail marketing projects.
• Ensure brand consistency by coordinating with markets to uphold the SCOTT corporate identity.
• Assist in organizing and setting up events, showrooms, tradeshows, and sales meetings.
• Oversee the development and coordination of merchandising products with various suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels to meet market demands efficiently.
• Proactively streamline workflows and optimize costs to improve efficiency.

Our Requirements

• Background in retail marketing, merchandising, product presentation, or display development.
• A creative mindset, complemented by strong commercial, visual, and aesthetic sensibilities.
• Good understanding of the sports market and product presentation.
• Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive approach to identifying challenges and finding effective solutions.
• Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.
• Proficiency in SketchUp or other 3D design programs is a plus.
