You ensure smooth operations at your station, maintain a clean kitchen, and foster a collaborative team environment, even during busy periods.

You prepare dishes according to prescribed standards, keep accurate records, and monitor hygiene compliance.

You uphold high food quality standards and motivate our young chefs and apprentices to achieve this goal.

You independently manage your station and actively support all areas of the kitchen.
