Senior PLM Expert (SAP or non-SAP)

We are looking for a Senior PLM Expert to lead and deliver critical PLM initiatives for an international client in Geneva. The role involves managing stakeholders, driving technical solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery – in either SAP or non-SAP PLM environments.

• Lead and manage PLM projects from planning to implementation

• Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Provide subject matter expertise in SAP or non-SAP PLM systems

• Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment

• Maintain transparent and effective communication with all project participants

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields

• Proven track record in leading PLM projects (SAP or non-SAP)

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

• Fluent in French (mandatory)

• Willing and able to work onsite in Geneva

• Experience working in international project settings
