Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Retail Design Project Leader to spearhead the global design and development of our retail environments. This key role will be responsible for defining and executing the design strategy for our spaces, ensuring each location reflects our brand's heritage, values, and aesthetic while optimizing customer experience and operational efficiency. The Retail Environment Store Design Leader will oversee all aspects of space planning, design execution, and implementation, ensuring alignment with global retail standards, sustainability practices, and emerging retail design trends. The ideal candidate is a creative, strategic thinker with a deep understanding of branding, excellent project management skills, and the ability to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and customer-centric solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Define and lead the store design strategy, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and global standards while integrating innovative design trends and sustainability practices.
2. Oversee the creation of concept designs, layout plans, and schematic design packages for new stores, remodels, and renovations, ensuring the highest standards of design and execution.
3. Partner with internal teams (merchandising, operations, marketing) and external vendors (architects, engineers, consultants) to create cohesive, functional, and visually compelling retail environments.
4. Manage multiple store design projects simultaneously from concept to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery while maintaining high design standards.
5. Ensure all retail environments reflect the company’s brand identity, values, and customer experience goals, while tailoring solutions to local markets as needed.
6. Develop and maintain global store design playbooks, guidelines, and standards to ensure design consistency across all regions and markets.
7. Drive innovation in store design with a focus on sustainability, new materials, and technologies that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
