Cyber Security Senior Analyst at VF Corporation

VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Cyber Security Senior Analyst to join our EMEA Cyber & Information Security team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

As a Cyber Security Sr Analyst, you will help protect VF’s digital assets by ensuring information security risks are within acceptable tolerances while supporting operational security initiatives in close collaboration with the Cyber Security Assurance and Operations teams.

We expect that you will deliver unbeatable results whilst fulfilling the following aspects of the role:

• Perform information security risk assessments and provide guidance to stakeholders on handling security risks associated with complex business operations.
• Collaborate proactively with the global assurance team to identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities. Play a role in conducting comprehensive application security testing, including Static Application Security Testing (SAST), Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST), and penetration testing, to ensure robust protection against potential threats.
• Join forces with our dynamic Global Security Operations team to tackle incident response and remediation challenges head-on. Provide critical regional visibility into security operations dashboards, ensuring comprehensive oversight.
• Participate in the planning and deployment of global security initiatives across the region while ensuring alignment with specific regional challenges.
• Evaluate external party information security controls to ensure they meet our requirements.

Skills for Success

To succeed as Cyber Security Analyst, you must balance technical security expertise with effective stakeholder management. You will need strong analytical skills to identify risks and practical problem-solving abilities to assist the teams in implementing effective security controls and mitigating vulnerabilities.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• Understanding of security compliance principles and risk assessment methodologies, including the ability to identify potential gaps.
• Hands-on experience in security operations and vulnerability management.
• Ability to understand and explain security controls and compliance concepts to stakeholders, translating technical requirements into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Eagerness to learn about privacy regulations and security frameworks, with interest in staying current with evolving compliance requirements and industry best practices.
