CONTEXT & MISSION: The Architecture and Integration teams play a central role in transforming the L’OCCITANE en Provence brand IT and simplifying our information system to support the brand's growth. We are looking for a highly motivated IT Domain Leader Integration & Architecture! In this role, you will define the target architecture to meet the challenges of various business areas, including R&D, sales, production, logistics, and different markets such as Europe, US, Brazil, China, Japan, and APAC. You will lead the Integration team, experts in interfaces based on our ESB Webmethods, and the Technical Advisors team for architecture. The position reports to the VP of Engineering IT Data & Integration and is based in Group WHQ Plan-les-Ouates (near Geneva).
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and develop the company's IT architecture, ensuring system coherence and integration;
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement best practices;
- Evaluate and recommend innovative technologies;
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards;
- Participate in defining technology strategies and project planning;
- Provide technical support and advice;
- Lead the architecture and integration domain, develop and follow the roadmap, prioritize tasks, and ensure budget compliance;
- Support and develop the team to achieve objectives;
- Coordinate regional teams across Asia, America, and Brazil for global coherence;
- Define and enforce integration standards;
- Apply Lean Management principles for continuous improvement;
- Manage incident resolution and post-mortem analyses.
HOW YOU CAN FIT:
- Proven experience in IT architecture, knowledge of information systems and emerging technologies, team management, and integration experience, ideally with ESB Webmethods;
- Technical skills in integration frameworks, DevOps, Docker, microservices, and cloud architecture (Azure);
- Knowledge of IS components like SAP, POS, CRM, E-Commerce, WMS;
- Fluent in English; conversational in French;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Teamwork and stakeholder collaboration abilities;
- Interest in innovation and technological trends;
- Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment with evolving priorities and multiple projects.
