Your role

As Software Engineer on Risk Analytics at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you are methodical and solution-oriented. You will work closely with Business Intelligence Engineers and Data Scientists, being responsible for the Risk Analytics Architecture and providing permanent service to the Risk Analytics team. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic team of highly talented individuals and will be encouraged to contribute with ideas, learn, design, and implement.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis in collaboration with various stakeholders
• Develop the risk analytics data architecture (SQL Server, .NET)
• Develop ETL processes and related workflows, monitoring and error handling (SSIS, Python)
• Develop analytics visualizations (SSRS and PowerBI)
• Recommend enhancements and modifications to optimize current processes, maintaining documentation

Your profile

• University degree (university / FH) in IT Engineering or Computer Sciences
• 3 years of practical experience in the field
• Knowledge in SQL Server (T-SQL), SSIS, SSRS, PowerBI and .Net (C#) is required
• Industry specific knowledge is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as ability to weigh problems and set priorities
• Ability to work with various stakeholders as well as capability to work independently
