Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Lead to join our team for a portal development program.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of user interfaces and user experiences for our portal, ensuring that it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with the latest design principles.
• Conduct Accessibility Audits: Evaluate websites, applications, and other digital products for accessibility compliance.
• Develop Accessibility Standards: Create and implement accessibility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with design, development, and product teams to integrate accessibility into the design and development process.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest accessibility laws, guidelines, and best practices.
• Must have Knowledge of Accessibility Standards: Familiarity with WCAG, ADA, and other relevant accessibility guidelines.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using accessibility evaluation tools and assistive technologies.
• Experience: Previous experience in UX design, usability testing, and accessibility evaluation.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Experience in conducting performance tests and ensuring high design standards.
• Conduct Accessibility Audits: Evaluate websites, applications, and other digital products for accessibility compliance.
