IT Service Management Specialist

Join our IT Program & Service Management team that supports the Securities Services area at SIX. In this role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in Spain and Switzerland to drive efficiency and excellence in IT services.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with the IT Service Continuity Manager (ITSC Manager) and the Business Continuity Managers (BC Managers) to ensure that the IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) requirements from the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) are aligned with the requirements in the Service Level Agreements (SLA). Propose measures to close identified gaps, coordinate communication among stakeholders, and ensure document approval and sign-off.
  • Keep the SLA updated and describe all IT service requirements regarding Recovery Time Objective (RTO), Recovery Point Objective (RPO), and other relevant KPIs.
  • Create, when needed, and maintain the Master Intercompany Agreement (MIA) to correctly reflect the services provided intragroup.
  • Monitor incidents, track KPIs, prepare reports, and lead review meetings with the main stakeholders of the services.
  • Work in a multi-location environment with colleagues based in both Spain and Switzerland.

What You Bring

  • At least 4 years of experience in IT Service Management or similar roles.
  • Strong communication skills, systematic and accurate working methods.
  • Open-minded approach, keen on listening and understanding different perspectives to reach consensus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. German would be appreciated.
  • Availability to travel sporadically, especially during the initial months of the engagement, to complete onboarding.
