We have a current opportunity for a Cyber Security Specialist on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Zurich. The role requires fluent German and English language skills.

Permanent position - can be 80% or 100%
Location: Zurich area

As a Cyber Security Specialist, you'll play a key role in continuously enhancing the security of our applications throughout their lifecycle. Whether we build or procure applications, your focus will be on embedding security across the entire value chain. In close collaboration with our central Cyber Security team, you will ensure that risks are assessed, mitigated, and documented effectively.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate the cyber security posture of applications and platforms, identifying potential risks
Define and implement preventive measures to mitigate cyber security threats
Manage and monitor existing cyber risks
Strategically plan development initiatives with a strong focus on security
Document processes and ensure ongoing knowledge transfer within the team

Skills:
We’re looking for a communicative, collaborative, and analytical professional who embraces complexity and thrives in agile environments. You're quick to grasp new concepts and driven to explore evolving security topics.

A Master’s degree in Cyber Security or Computer Science, ideally with additional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, OSCP)
Several years of full-time experience in Cyber Security roles
Broad IT knowledge, including programming, architecture, integration, and technologies
Experience with application, data, and configuration management
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
A hands-on, solution-driven mindset and team-oriented attitude
