We're looking for an experienced IT Copywriter to lead content creation across all brands of the cogify group, a Swiss software development and IT consulting company with several innovative products.

In this strategic and hands-on role, you'll write persuasive, clear, and structured content for sales, marketing, web, and product needs—working closely with the CMO, product owners, and designer.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales & Marketing Copy: sales decks, brochures, one-pagers
• Web & Landing Pages: cogify, inPositiv, Organitz, iCards
• Blog & SEO Content: thought leadership, articles, and keyword-optimized posts
• Social Media & Email: post copy, email newsletters, announcements
• Product Content: onboarding pages, user flows, feature updates
• Internal Comms & Employer Branding: job ads, career page, team updates
  
  

You'll also:

• Publish content using WordPress, Strapi or similar tools
• Collaborate with design and marketing to shape complete campaigns
• Maintain a consistent tone across brands and products
  
  
  

Experience & Skills Required:

• 3-5+ years of experience writing in the IT, software, or consulting space
• Native or C2-level German
• Working proficiency in English (internal collaboration)
• Ability to write conversion-oriented, brand-consistent copy
• Familiarity with SEO, CMS platforms, and publishing workflows
• Ability to work across multiple brands while staying focused and self-managed
• Proven experience in B2B IT/software/technology marketing and sales
• Ability to work remotely as a freelancer, with monthly contract up to 150-hour.

• Proficiency in French
• Familiarity with ERP, SaaS, or agile consulting content
• Past experience with Swiss or DACH-based companies
