Job Description:

What will I be doing?

• Drive business development for new and existing accounts with a focus on RWE solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges
• Act as point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery
• Take overall responsibility for designing proposals and pitching complex, RWE offerings
• Lead complex RWE studies, including non-interventional studies (NIS) from conceptualization to completion across multiple therapeutic areas and product lifecycles

What do I need to bring with me?

• 6-8 years extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with a strong focus on RWE
• Proven record in developing and growing client relationships, with the ability to lead RWE-focused business development activities across different therapeutic areas and product life cycle
• Strong understanding of RWE study designs, data sources, and analytical methodologies
• Working knowledge of global, regional, and local regulatory and quality frameworks governing RWE studies, including associated process requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively
• Solid project management skills with the ability to drive delivery in a dynamic environment
• Native or fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
