Process Analyst Nist / CMMC vacancy for our Zurich based client

  • Document AS IS data flows across all Beyond Gravity (BG) entities, categorizing roles, application usage, and access levels.
  • Identify and address gaps in roles, responsibilities, and access rights; propose and validate solutions with business stakeholders.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and document reviews to analyze non-compliance with CMMC and NIST standards.
  • Design and validate TO BE business, IT, and IS processes to ensure full compliance and proper documentation in QMS / oneBPM .
  • Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and track completion across business units.
  • Collaborate with document management teams to define and integrate Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) marking protocols into business workflows.

Your experience / knowledge :

  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end business process analysis , including sales, procurement, manufacturing, and engineering functions.
  • Strong background in compliance with NIST and CMMC standards .
  • Proficient in business process modeling tools and workshop facilitation.
  • Experience in creating and updating SOPs and process documentation .
  • Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail
  • A high degree of self-organisation and time management
  • Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
