The Role

Join Kyndryl as a Senior SAP Consultant and be a catalyst for innovation and transformation. You will drive change and enable our customers to harness technology to achieve their ambitions across various industries, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.

• Plan and implement SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Expand our consulting portfolio focusing on S/4HANA.
• Support architecture and implementation of S/4HANA transformation projects, on-premise and cloud-based.
• Work with the latest SAP technologies, focusing on future S/4HANA topics.
• Train and consult colleagues on S/4HANA topics.
• Develop customer relationships and support presales activities.
• Create roadmaps for SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Define and assess solution requirements, including BPML, Use Cases, and Design Support.
• Manage scope and change requests related to technical requirements.
• Plan, manage, and control SAP S/4HANA solution implementation projects.
• Assist in quotations and presentations for SAP S/4HANA projects.

You will gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into functional and non-functional specifications, guiding customers through SAP modernization to ensure systems are future-proof and optimized.

Who You Are

You possess significant experience in SAP or SAP S/4HANA consulting, a growth mindset, customer focus, and inclusivity.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 7 years of consulting experience with SAP or SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience with SAP modules like Supply Chain, FI/CO, GRC/Security, CRM, BI.
• Extensive SAP solution conception and implementation experience.
• Understanding of ABAP and BTP.
• Strong customer orientation, analytical skills, and SAP process knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Willingness to travel.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Experience with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and certifications.
• Knowledge of SAP automation/DevOps.
• Experience with multinational professional services firms.
