Position: Head of HR Americas – Nutrition & Bioindustry

The Role :

We are looking for our next Head of HR Americas, Nutrition & Bioindustry within our HR Team. This role involves developing and executing HR strategies that support Roquette's objectives across the Americas. The Head of HR will partner with the BG NORAM Managing Director and leadership team, translating business plans into HR operational plans, and delivering HR processes collaboratively.

Compensation :

The salary range is estimated to be competitive and may include performance-based incentives. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, and location.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Support change management and implement HR policies.
• Foster an inclusive workplace culture and lead diversity initiatives.
• Ensure legal compliance and monitor social climate and employee communication.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and talent development.
• Lead and develop a team of Senior HR Managers.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related; master's preferred.
• At least 10 years of HR leadership experience in the Americas.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience in a global or food ingredients company is a plus.

Additional Details :

• Manage a team of Senior HR Managers.
• Approximately 50% office and 50% plant environment.
• Travel required within the US, Canada, Brazil, and internationally.
