Manage projects related to the income tax aspects of reward and incentive plans, primarily for non-listed companies and private-equity structures.
Provide advice to clients on the design of incentive plans within specific tax regulations, conduct income tax analyses, and prepare and submit rulings to tax authorities, focusing on employment tax.
Support corporate transactions (M&A) by assessing income tax implications of management incentive plans, developing solutions, and preparing comprehensive reports.
Advise on employment tax aspects related to cross-border employment structures and the international rollout of various compensation plans.
Contribute to client acquisition and targeting activities, including creating and implementing marketing strategies for our reward practice.
Develop and review client deliverables, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Collaborate with and support junior team members in their professional growth.
Expand technical expertise and personal skills through ongoing training opportunities.
Your Skill Set
Profound knowledge of the tax treatment of incentive plans, focusing on non-listed companies, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Experience in consulting and project management, including client targeting and business development.
Experience in corporate transactions is a plus.
Attention to detail and quality, initiative, and responsibility from day one.
Fluency in both written and spoken French and English is required; German is a plus.
Strong analytical and writing skills, with an enjoyment of drafting reports and presentations.
