Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the course of the past two decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.

We are looking for you to join our accounting team at our headquarter in Basel as soon as possible as

Assistant Financial Accounting 50%-60% (m/f/x)

Your Responsibilities:

• Entering and maintaining financial data in our ERP system
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with international partners
• Account reconciliation and clarification
• Support with administrative tasks in the financial area
• Close cooperation with other departments
• Ad-hoc projects and support for the CFO

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on finance and accounting
• First professional experience in financial accounting desirable
• Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Fluent German and good knowledge of English in W/S
• Independent, structured and accurate way of working
• High degree of diligence, sense of responsibility, conscientiousness and commitment
